Good product, not seen advertised elsewhere but have used similar thing in bathrooms on board recent cruise liner - probably also used in hotels. Works well as advertised unless the central knob is unscrewed too much, in which case the ball bearing which acts as a brake can drop out - then you can't hold the line taut at the required length.
Well packed for transit, but postage by first class registered post seems a bit excessive and expensive - but the postage charge was stated on the advert so we can't grumble too much !

I made the error of purchasing this... the line is too narrow and too short... make note of the size prior to purchasing...

Too fiddly to fit to wall easily due to flimsy hidden back bracket and tiny awkwardly placed grub screw.
Does not retract properly.
Returned for refund but this process is over complicated and potientally costly due to not being supplied direct from Amazon (they use a 3rd party)
